A couple of weeks ago, I mailed my absentee ballot back to Okaloosa County. The next day, I received a letter attached with a tracking receipt in my mailbox. According to the memorandum, "Per regulations, all balloting material will be sent back to the US via Express mail, at no cost to the customer."
I can't help but wonder whose regulations they are referring to. Hmmmm.....
I can say is that is was nice to watch my ballot go from Japan to Crestivew in a matter of only 2 days! It's nice to know someone out there is looking out for military oversees voters! Thank you!
